Note: We are always on time or even early whenever possible; however, there are occasional delays outside of our control such as traffic or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we kindly ask that you allow a 10-minute grace period on the day of your trip.  If any delays do occur, we will reach out to you directly. We truly appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make it up to you on the back end to ensure your experience still meets our standards.
